Service Description

This session is for those who are pregnant, trying to conceive, have recently given birth, or are breastfeeding and are looking for guidance in their diets. Pregnancy and Postpartum is a very demanding time for your body and nutrition is a key component during this time. We will discuss what stage you are at, concerns you have, and have an educational lesson regarding the role of nutrition during pregnancy, postpartum, and breastfeeding. This session is intended to be an affordable educational opportunity.
