Service Description

We will work through your main movement goals to help you learn the patterning that your body has lived through for years. Our bodies create regular patterning processes by doing the same things over and over again. Unraveling those patterning processes starts with understanding the body as a whole. We work through your ailments through mat work, reformer work and spring board work on site.
